All change at the range …

It’s all change at the range as we say a sad goodbye and good luck to PGA Pro Georgie, and a warm welcome and hello to our new team member PGA Professional Dean Harrison.

Saying farewell to any WGA team member is tough, and you’ll understand why we are sad to announce that Georgie Mundy will be leaving us shortly on 7th June to take up a new opportunity at Stoneham Golf Club.

Georgie joined us almost four years ago as a PGA trainee, and it’s been a privilege and pleasure to support her through her training and more recently, as a fully qualified and very popular coach here at the Academy. We know that all of you will join us in wishing Georgie all the best for her new venture at Stoneham.

And so, we look to the next chapter for Winchester Golf Academy, and we are delighted to announce the appointment of PGA Professional Dean Harrison to the WGA coaching team. Dean has an impressive coaching pedigree, training at Gleneagles and qualifying in 2001 before moving on to Celtic Manor, then China Fleet Country Club, and more recently coaching locally at Paultons and Chilworth Golf Centre.

Dean will be joining us on Friday, 4th June. For our customers with lessons booked with Georgie in the future, you will see that Dean is on our ProAgenda diary system already, and your bookings are safely stored with him.
