If you thrive on new challenges, practical problem solving, design and build tasks and a hands-on, physical, outdoor role (in all weathers!) where no two days are the same, this could be your ideal job.

We are recruiting for a brand-new position of Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep of buildings and grounds across Meyrick Estates – including Winchester Golf Academy, Percy’s Paddock, Three Maids Chasers, The Livery Yard, The Granary (farm retreat) pod and the wider estate. Examples of tasks include land/grounds management (e.g. fencing, grass cutting, weed spraying), property management (e.g. basic joinery, plumbing, painting), equipment servicing and repairs (e.g. driving range/golf machinery).

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong practical abilities and competent building and maintenance skills. Tractor and forklift skills would be an advantage, but training in these areas can be provided
