We’re hiring! If you have brilliant interpersonal and customer service skills, retail experience and are knowledgeable about golf, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Golf Retail Assistant is a full-time role of 37 hours a week, with some evening and weekend shifts at our peak times. The salary is circa £16,000 and the role is a temporary appointment for an initial six months but could be extended.

The role covers the full customer experience at WGA – from welcoming our range users as soon as they step into the Academy, guiding them through what’s on offer, helping them with purchasing practice balls and equipment, advising them on golf products, arranging coaching and custom fit bookings, and introducing them to Toptracer.

Applicants must share the same values as Winchester Golf Academy; exceptional customer service; team player; and high standards of delivery. Knowledge of golf and some retail experience is essential. You must be punctual, reliable, use your own initiative, be calm under pressure and prepared to learn fast!
